Early Childhood Center Staff

Darlene Becker graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education. For several years, she was a preschool aide at a public school and also at St. Paul.  She is now in her eighth year as lead teacher at St. Paul and fifth year serving as Preschool Director. Darlene grew up in the Plain City area.  She had wanted to be a teacher since she was in elementary school, and finally achieved her goal!  Darlene and her husband have two grown daughters and now live on a farm in rural Madison County.  She is a lifetime member of St. John Lutheran Church in Dublin.

Belinda Allen graduated from Capital University with a degree in Elementary Education with a reading endorsement and special education. She earned a master’s degree in Children’s Literature from The Ohio State University.  She taught in the public schools for 8 years. Recently, she has taught preschool in Worthington for 6 years. Belinda grew up in Milan Ohio located in northern Ohio. She always wanted to be a teacher from a very young age. Belinda lives with her husband and four children in Worthington. She attends St. John Lutheran Church in Dublin.
